Main features of gantry crane:

2.Main lifting mechanism:reasonable design,traveling dynamics adopts enclosed design,and the output shaft of reducer which has been machined special is equiped with upper and lower lifting limit device to ensure the safety and stability of the lifting process.

3.Main girder: adopting triangular space truss deached pin-connected main girder.All girders adopt tooling fabrcation and will not set camber.Having better stability and stronger rigidity comparing with tetragonal truss steel construction main girder.Meanwhile,the main girdder itself is provided with overhead crane travel track,which saves constomer substantive acquisition cost and human resources.

4.Traveling crane:pleasing appearance,adopting cycloidal needle wheel reducer completely,having longer service life,lower noise and better safey reliability comparing with JQG type reducer.

5.Operation control device:all adopting centralized electric control push button operation,suitable for single machine control and online control.
